Reflections of Life
Seeing yourself as you want to be is the key to personal growth.

Calvin Hill has this to say;
What if I had done things differently, or reacted differently, or said things differently? Did I do some things I should not have done? Did I not do some things I should have done? What if I had made decisions and choices opposite of the ones I actually made? How different would my life be today? Would I be living in the same city or same state? Would I be employed in the same line of work? Would I have chosen the same spouse and have the same family?
Indeed, Mr Hill was right when he added the following, "Reflections of life allows one to look back and make a sober survey of one's triumphs and of one's failures, one's love life, good, bad or indifferent, one's mood or outlook on life."
Well, I do believe that life in its entirety is directly tied to the results of the choices I have made whether it is a good move or a mistake itself. At the moment, it might be a little too late to get things right through a series of corrective measures. Nevertheless, there is nothing wrong for being an optimist as long as the will to carry on lives inside our subconscious mind.
In essence, no one has the ability to predict the future, but we can try to create a better one with both inspiration and perspiration in place.
がんばって!
p/s. Looking forward to the year 2020 and beyond.

Canning Garden revisited
2011; Time flies..
As the title says, this video consists of photos taken randomly within its vicinity. To avoid confusion, it is widely known among students, parents and Ipohite at large during the early 90's that La Salle School was used to be under the area prior to a change in the borderline with neighbouring Ipoh Garden.
What made Canning Garden unique is the surrounding environment with lush greeneries (something which is lacking in newer residential township). A stretch of tall ancient trees along Jalan Canning Estate act as a natural shade for pedestrians and motorists alike amidst the usual warm sunny afternoon.
Awaken the inner senses with nature by taking a glimpse of this 3-minute clip.
A beautiful neighbourhood at the heart of Ipoh City
